To learn the force you need to go to a jedi temple and train, or have another user train you. Just because you are a certain level doesn't mean you automatically learn the force powers with that level, you have to be taught them. If its like a force power like Force Push, it upgrades about every level, you'll need to train in that force power enough to increase the powers effect.

These are the levels.

0. Force has not been utilized.

1 - 24. Jedi, sith, or exile apprentice.

24 - 49. Jedi padawan, Sith Padawan, Exile Padawan.

50 - 99. Jedi knight, Sith knight, Exile knight.

100 and up. Jedi master, Sith lord, Exile master, Exile lord.

Force powers.

1 - 14:

1. Force push ( Just pushes the victim enough for them to fall down, no in injuries )

2. Force pull ( Pulls the victim towards you with enough force to land in front of you )

15 - 24:

1. Force push ( Can push the victim hard enough to cause major bruises )

2. Force pull ( Can pull the victim towards you with force to cause bruising )

3. Force jump ( Using the force, you can increase the height of your jump, or jump in mid air once )

4. light saber throw ( Throw your light saber with the force and bring it back to you using the force )

5. Mind trick ( You can manipulate the weak minded )

25 - 44:

1. Improved Force push ( You can push the victim with enough force to cause broken bones )

2. Improved force pull ( You can pull the victim towards you with enough forceo break bones )

3. Improved force jump ( You can use the force to jump even higher, or jum,p in mid air )

4. Improved light saber throw ( You use the force to throw your light saber and use the force to bring it back )

5. Improved mind trick ( You can manipulate normal minds

6. Lightning ( Dark side ) ( You can shoot lightning out of your hands )

45 and up:

1. Master Force push ( Can push the victim with enough force to cause death )

2. Master Force pull ( Can make the victim fly towards them )

3. Master Force jump ( Can use the force to jump higher and be able to do jumps while in mid air )

4. Master light saber throw ( Can use the force to throw their light saber and use the force to bring it back )

5. Master mind trick ( Can manipulate about anyone's mind )

6. Master lightning ( Dark side ) ( Can shoot lighting in multiple directions with both hands )

7. Master Death field ( Dark side ) ( Can drain the life out of those around the user and add that life to the user )

8. Master peace ( Light side ) ( The user makes everyone calm, and entire fights can just stop )
